Our Story
A landscaper's son who moved to the desert to learn it properly.
Jeff Parks grew up in Euclid, Ohio, watching his father tend to a yard like it actually mattered — not just mowed, but cared for, every week, all year. That habit became a career: Jeff spent his early years working for landscaping companies across Ohio before deciding the industry itself needed a change of scenery.
In 2005, he moved to Arizona and spent the next eight years learning what desert landscaping actually demands — soil, sun exposure, and irrigation timing that has almost nothing in common with the yards he grew up mowing in Ohio. In 2013, he put that experience behind his own name and founded Blooming Valley Landscape.

That's the philosophy the company still runs on: understand what a plant needs and when, rather than running the same route on the same day regardless of season. Jeff is a family man with two daughters, and the goal behind every maintenance visit is a simple trade — his crew's Tuesday for your Saturday.
