Where I’ve come from

I grew up in Euclid Ohio a suburb of Cleveland. My father loved taking care of the yard and caring for it year-round. I grew up with this influence without really realizing it. He would be out there every weekend working on improving the look of the yard and keeping it looking its best. It was a hobby of his. All those years of influence (and the desire to get a tan one summer!) inspired me to get started in landscaping. I worked for several companies in Ohio before moving here to Arizona in 2005. What a shock, everything I learned went out the window. Cactus! Gravel? I didn’t know what was going on but I thought it was absolutely beautiful.

After moving here I worked for a company for 8 years learning the ropes of what the desert landscape was all about.

I wanted to start a company that really understood what it was doing with people’s yards. I feel there are so many people that just know how to run the equipment and collect a check that no one focuses on what needs to be done before something looks bad.

People don’t need someone to run equipment, they need someone to help Manage their yard! Someone who knows what to do and when. You can’t pass a trimmer over every plant and say you have a yard of topiaries, it’s just not correct. Many of those plants probably don’t even want to be sheered.

I am a family man, that enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters on the weekend. I know how difficult it can be wasting the few hours you get with your family, trying to figure out how to take care of your yard. Let us help you have more time!
