What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

*We do not accept checks or cash for payment.

How does your billing work?

We will bill you on the last day of the month for all of the services that you received. Your card on file will be charged, and you will receive an invoice and a receipt of payment.

Is There someone on the crew that speaks english?

Yes we will always have a crew leader that can communicate in plain English with you.

What if I need extra work done?

If you have a few plants that need planting or you need something addressed in your yard please just shoot us an email or fill out a request form online at least one day before your service so that we can plan out our day and schedule enough time at everyone’s yard.

What day of the week will you be coming?

We will set your regular service day and we will be out on that day every week. You will receive an email the night before and a text message at 7am the day of the service as a reminder to put pets away or have the gate open.

How do I update my card on file?

If your card has expired, or you would like to put another card on file you can easily log into the client portal and update your card.
